The online catalogue is being built. It's a first step towards the digitalization and valorization of the Amazonian museums' collections.

The database will is dedicated to the Amerindian and Maroon ethnographical collections curated in the three partner museums. But the database is not finished; new sheets will be added as the digitalization of the collections goes along.

In the future, the catalogue will be completed by other types of collections (archaeology, science and techniques, natural science...), other ethnic groups and soon, other museums of the Guiana shield.
Concurrently to the sheets, virtual exhibitions, renewed on a regular basis, highlight some of the museum objects in accordance with a theme and enable you to understand better the history of the Guiana Shield.
